Who We Are
Heavener & Associates Construction Company, Inc. (H&A) began over 35 years ago as an interior renovations company in the early 1980’s called Heavener Construction. Since then, striving to give our clients the best service possible and pushing ourselves to excellence, we have developed into a leader in Design Build Projects. Our clients in Healthcare, Commercial, and Interior Remodels now have the advantage of a single source for design and building responsibility, allowing for streamlined communication and a focused, common goal.
Our goal is simple: we believe in discovering your vision and working with you to design and build a space that both fits your unique needs and showcases who you are as a business. We aim to make every project a timely, professional, and collaborative experience for our clients. The quality of our work is important to us and we take professional and personal pride in our product. By utilizing the latest in construction techniques, communicating with you throughout the design and building process, and providing you with a hands-on experience, you can trust we will deliver something you can be proud of. We know we are.

Zach Miloni loves sports. Since childhood, he has played just about every sport he could try. As a Construction Consultant for Heavener, Miloni uses many of the skills he learned in athletics: communication, working as a team, and understanding how to approach a challenge, to name a few. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern, Miloni worked as a field mechanic before taking an internship with Gilbane, Inc. The time at Gilbane gave him experience in project management, setting him up for success at Heavener where Miloni’s job involves a quick grasp on new projects and clear communication. He holds a General Contractor license in Georgia, is a Certified Healthcare Contractor, and is Lead Abatement and OSHA 30 Hour Certified. Outside of work, Miloni enjoys playing golf, exploring his adopted home of Augusta, and spending time with his wife and baby girl.
Abram Duncan’s construction career began in 1995 after earning his Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering and beginning work as a field engineer.
